Be the answer, not just another link.

Search doesn't end on a page of blue links anymore. People ask ChatGPT, read Google's AI Overview and trust what Perplexity tells them. AI SEO gets your business named in those answers, so you're the one they find.

The shift

Search changed. Most SEO didn't.

A search used to end on your site. You won a ranking, earned the click, and answered the question on your page. Now the answer is built for the buyer before they click anything, and it's pulled from many engines at once.

Proof

The AI engines already recommend the clients we build and rank.

Not a mock-up. Four clients, four different searches, all recommended by ChatGPT, ahead of businesses many times their size.

ChatGPT recommending a Northstar client

ChatGPT · "recommend mining courses in emerald" → Lennon Training listed first.

ChatGPT recommending a Northstar client

ChatGPT · "recommend gold coast security courses" → Five Star Training featured.

ChatGPT recommending a Northstar client

ChatGPT · "recommend safety consultants on the gold coast" → DRA Safety listed first.

ChatGPT recommending a Northstar client

ChatGPT · "recommend high risk work licences in rockhampton" → Forky Stick featured.

And cited in Google's AI Overview.

The same mining-safety client shows up inside Google's AI answer for a common ticket question, next to WorkSafe Connect. That's a buyer who trusts them before they've clicked a thing.

How it works

A process built for how AI engines actually read, and what you get from it.

1

Technical GEO pre-check

First we check you're even visible to AI crawlers. Blocked bots or a site that only renders in JavaScript can make you invisible to every AI engine at once. It's often a one-line fix, and it explains a zero score completely.

2

Measure with Brand Radar

We baseline how often each engine recommends you, how you're described, and which pages get cited. All benchmarked against the competitors you actually lose deals to.

3

Find who wins instead

For every buyer question you're missing, we name the exact competitor page the AI pulls into the answer. That tells us precisely what to build, not just that there's a gap.

4

Make your content citable

We put a direct answer up front, clean the HTML, add the right schema, and split multi-part questions so each page wins one facet. This is the content AI engines lift into an answer.

5

Build authority and entity signals

AI engines cite brands they already trust. We strengthen your mentions, reviews, profiles and structured data so you read as a known name, not a maybe.

6

Monthly AI Citation Monitor

We re-run the data every month. You see your share of voice move, and we keep pointing the work at the questions worth winning.

Questions

The straight answers.

What's the difference between SEO and AI SEO+

SEO gets you ranked on Google. AI SEO gets you referenced inside the answer, in ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Perplexity and the rest. The goal shifts from being a link on the page to being the source the AI quotes. Both still matter, and the work overlaps more than you'd think.

If I already rank on Google, won't I show up in ChatGPT too+

Not always. ChatGPT leans heavily on Bing and prefers structured, citation-ready content. The engines pull from different places, so we work both.

Do AI search tools actually send traffic+

Some don't. Perplexity does. But even without a click, being cited builds trust and gets you in front of the buyer. A lot of people now decide who to go with off the AI answer alone. That's more enquiries on less traffic.

How do you measure AI visibility, isn't it guesswork+

No guessing. We use Ahrefs Brand Radar to track your share of voice, mentions and cited pages across the real AI engines, benchmarked against your named competitors, month to month. Most agencies paste a few prompts into ChatGPT and eyeball it. We don't.

Which AI engines do you track+

ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot and Grok.

Do I need a special file like llms.txt to get cited+

No. Google's own people have said no major AI system reads it today. It's a harmless extra if you want one, but it isn't a citation lever and we won't sell it as one.

Is schema markup still worth it+

More than ever. Without it your content is harder for engines to parse and less likely to be cited. Schema and clean HTML are two of the most useful things you can do for AI visibility, because these engines read raw HTML, not your JavaScript.

Will AI search kill SEO+

No, it changes the rules. AI search rewards clarity, real expertise and structure, which is what good SEO already does. The foundations carry straight over to AI citations.
